But, anyway..I scanned the list of logos. Practically all of the proposals have appeared in every former blueprint ("Mandate for Leadership" series) the Heritage foundation has published. A large number of the proposals have been debated in the legislature and have been part of different candidate's campaigns for decades. There seems to be more of an emphasis on getting the Executive Branch under control (which is understandable given what occurred in the Russian Collusion hoax perpetrated on the American public,) but other than that I recognize most of the proposals as going all the way back to Reagan.
