Homo floresiensis that recent discover exist 60 000 to 100 000 years.  could there be another species which exist and advance and build all the mega structure.

I just looked up homo floresiensis.

The remains of an individual who would have stood about 1.1 m (3 ft 7 in) in height were discovered in 2003 at Liang Bua cave. As of 2015, partial skeletons of fifteen individuals have been recovered, including one complete skull, referred to as "LB1".[2][3] Homo floresiensis - Wikipedia

Since they were midgets they probably wouldn't have needed mega-structures.

Edit: oh, I see, you were just using these as an example of a previously undiscovered species of human? If they were a large species, wouldn't we have already found evidence of them?

You mean like Stonehenge and the piramids? Maybe they were built by mammoths? For religious reasons?

No mammoth mummies have been found in or near the piramids nor mammoth graves at Stonehenge, though.

Unless there are images of said mega structures that were supposedly and theoretically built by another sapient race then we really have nothing to go on.

However the idea is interesting to contemplate (even without a shred of evidence)

This is my theory . I think that building with megalith stones , not create by human but by another species .  human found it and build over it.

for example  baalbek,  inca, egypt , japan , etc...

I think giza , original another structure but egyptian build pyramid over it.  people keep argue it is impossible to build in 20 -25 years . but what if it is true , because like baalbek,   the based already there.

 

at the moment we don't have technology to determine the age of Old structures . so we will never know, how old the stone.

 

Anyone notice , no megalith stones used in great wall of china ? can we say in 200 bc china no technology to quarry, transport, use megalith stones ?
