In the picture the strange figure can be seen in the background staring at a group of deer that are feeding in the woods.

Yes, it most certainly is.

I mean, whoever staged this did not put much effort into it at all. If you're going to go through all that nonsense just to make a hoax image then at least put some effort into it so the components of the costume aren't so conspicuous.
