He appears to be a highly educated individual and if the military assignments he claims he had are accurate he could have some interesting information. I watched the video, unfortunately he talks around the issue but doesn't offer any concrete facts. He mostly sights the work of others; I suspect he does this because any solid information he may have is classified and it could cause him legal issues, or he doesn't really have anything pertinent to add to the conversation.

Like I said he talks around the issue but does not directly add anything important. I suspect that any information he may have is still classified and I also suspect his comments concern government secret projects, but his comments are too vague to know exactly what he is talking about!!!!!

He may well be highly intelligent and know military secrets but why would he go on stage and talk about these things without any concrete evidence,?

To do so only opens him up to claims of being a shill.

The whole ufo community is filled with a mix of genuine researchers and ex cia missinformation guys and shills.

Makes me wonder why they go to such lenghts to muddy the waters.

If the ETs are here, and they're keeping it from us, it would not surprise me. Much of what goes on every day in our government just never sees the light of day.

To suggest UFO UAP are aliens ( without saying it ) make true believers jump like mullet for bread on water, the believers run wild embellishing and out right making up stuff, this is a great and pretty much free way to make people look away from the actual things they are trying to hide which are human things that we dont want our enemies to know.
If aliens were real as in here we already know the secret would be out.

I've heard that more recently about these military guys who go public teasing true believers but don't deliver that they don't wanna breach NDA or expose classified things I have to call BS
I really do not think if these guys higher up thought they were really gonna spill anything they would allow them to stir up believers on YouTube click bait, but they do get the true believers attention.

Yes they certainly get people’s attention and the more intelligent they sound the more credible they sound, but like this guy it’s only a smokescreen.

Isn't there military regulations about making false claims? There was when my father was in and "fire alarm" regulations in the CAP.

"The MCM states under Article 107 (False Official Statements; False Swearing), any service member may be prosecuted for false official statements if they: sign any false record, return, regulation, order, or other official document, knowing it to be false"

He is retired now.

Even if was still active on what basis he would have been prosecuted?

Have you seen any members of the armed forces prosecuted for stating their beliefs or their sightings? If that was the case a large number of pilots who spoke out would have been prosecuted according to this logic.
