You don't think Corey was the type of man who would perform many other good acts in a long life cut short?  So the angel of the Lord  intentionally lets a man die and brings grief and hardship to his family when they could have deflected the bullet above the crowd and still saved Trump?  Is the angel incompetent or is cruelty part of the deal?

Maybe the bullet wasn't deflected. Maybe the only fortuitous thing that happened was that Trump moved his head at just the right time.

Well, we also saw the (alleged) weird UFO above the scene too.

I'll give the paranormal a possibility here. Random luck is also a strong possibility.

Although I think Trump is a bad person beyond what we can now see something might realize he's less likely to get in a nuclear war with his bro Putin or prevent some other catastrophic event.

There were no “rumors”, there was actual evidence produced at his trial by the prosecutors.  He was tried and convicted in a court of law by a jury. I noticed you conveniently skipped over that little part. Oh, and he did it when his new wife was at home with their newborn baby. Quite the paragon of virtue you have chosen to champion.

Since you like biblical references, I believe the bible has something to say about worshiping a golden calf and false gods.
