So what's wrong with that? I think he'll debate anyone anywhere but what's wrong with having it on his terms this time? Also, prior to the first debate the liberal chatter was that he would worm his way out of that as well.

It shouldn't be on either of their terms, no matter who it is against. I'd like to see an actual debate, for once. No the pre-scripted bull**** and softball questions we always get.

I came here to say this. I remember articles right here on UM claiming that until Donald Trump walks on stage you should put him down as a de facto no show. The dems and their media allies will do anything and everything to make it look like Donald Trump is the weasel here. 

Since we're discussing televised debates, it's also worth pointing out that RFK has a legitimate gripe after CNN excluded him from the debate and now Biden isn't even going to be the nominee.

Trump doesn't mention Kamala Harris by name nor say he doesn't want to debate at all in the thread screenshot of Trump's Truth Social post. 

Edit to announce: Keep the fake gossip rumors coming though. It's hilarious watching the Progressive Left in a complete meltdown right now. 😂

Incidentally, I'm not sure moving to Fox would be in Trump's best interest. The first 2020 debate between Trump and Biden was hosted by Fox News and the guy who was moderating (Chris Wallace, IIRC, though don't quote me on that unless I'm right) was far more biased against Trump than any of the CNN moderators at the most recent debate.

No need for anger. I know it's been a bad week for you guys. I don't disagree either but the fact is that the first debate was setup entirely in favor of Biden. No audience, mic mutes, network. Funny thing is, I think it worked well but not because Biden forgot where he was and handed it to Trump. That said, some network is going to host and rules will be set to be agreed upon. So what's wrong with Trump asking for what he wants? Other than that, I really don't think you want to see Harris sit down with an unstoppable motor mouth for a 3 hour Lincoln Douglas debate. She doesn't know how to speak freely and unscripted plus she short circuits when her tongue gets tied. Never forget Tulsi Gabbard kneecapping her in front of the world.

And in 2016 when Megyn Kelly came at him about calling women fat pigs. "✋only Rosie O'Donnel"

But yea, Wallace was a menace during 2020 as well.

I don't know much about her other than what I see here and just going to throw this in. She was a prosecuter and well versed in arguing a position in a court of law so does know how to read people which I think works in her favor. She has been fully briefed and active in every situation through Joe's term and knows all the players internationally that have already established confidence in. They will likely have others write memorized responses to questions for her. Not likely Trump intimidates her so it won't be as easy and he will rant off instead of debate so as long as she can stick to the script.

Sounds very obsessive.  I know people at work that are so sensitive about be corrected and fact checked on politics and social issues they also have meltdowns. Don’t know why, because how else are you able to have a decent conversation if you’re too afraid you’ll offend. So I just quickly get my views across and just listen to melt up and down

Yes, there should be a debate.  I have been saying Biden sucks for the past 2 years and the first debate rules actually hurt him.  Have a debate, don't turn the mics off.
