If you blow up the image it’s clearly a face, but it looks like a mask hanging there not something paranormal!

Hell would be a state where you are a ghost, condemned to “haunt” the living, observing them but being unable to interact with them and limited to appearing as amorphous blobs on CCTV imagery.

My first thought is why play with an image that at first look shows nothing and is otherwise unremarkable.

Yeah i agree with all of you, it could have easily been a Halloween mask that's been hung up there by the photographer, though i would get scared seeing that in person, even if it was just a prank.

Pareidolia is fun,

Here is one I have,

It's almost like Frank from Donny Darko but just a reflection of items on the wall, a goat Marinette and Halloween event flyer of a show I did etc,

In this shot you can see the black feet of the goat puppet but the glowing eyes monkey thing looking up at it, I haven't a clue.

Afaik it's never been explained, I do believe Pareidolia and the pics back story is dubious so I can't rule out image tampering or double exposed but I like how the shadow looks like its flowing off the bottom step

But, until then I'd say right now its 100% hoax

Agreed, It's too easy to fake or plant something yourself for a picture like this if you want to go viral or anything of the sorts. Video on the other end is harder to fake without putting actual effort in the editing
