Lets see an amateur film maker is making a ficture story of a lake monster and something is under the surface okay free promo for his film,

Years back once a week i would play in tge fl butler chain of lakes some was tea stained from the Cypress some was gin clear very deep and out on the hydro slide one could go way out to side of boat look down and see all kinds of creatures some very large most none indigenous to florida no lake monsters.

And what champlin saw and wrote about was a perfect description of a gar fish, ive fished them many times and they are very nasty customers but not lake monsters.

My first thought was a cloud, but could be any natural thing underwater.

Just in my skeptical opinion since the myth of champ is based on champlains account of what sure sounds like a gar fish then there is no unknown creature in the lake , however they well could be creatures unknown to some people and/or not indigenous to the lake that people mistakenly call champ plus champ brings in tourist revenue.

I didn't see anything in the video. Was it just a black dot? I think I did see that.

I think that Champ has more of a possibility of existing than Nessie. There's not enough fish/food in Loch (Lake) Ness to sustain a population of large animals.

Its a small mass moving under the surface bottom right, i going with a fish.

Champ could be a various large known misidentified fish.

OK, I see it now. It's non-distinct and blurry -- could be anything from a common fish species to discarded trash. I would give this footage a very low number on Jack Osbourne's woogie-boogie scale. 😁

I just joined this forum today. I like how it's the same format as the NFL forum on FootballsFuture.com. It must be designed by the same people. (Strangely, I'm Mr.UFO on FF too.)

Depending on how deep it is, could just be a mud cloud kicked up by a big fish.

Could be a school of tiny fish also.

Google search says there are yellow perch in Lake Champlain, and they're known to form boat sized schools. Color would be about right.

I disagree. A population of imaginary large animals can very well feed on imaginary fishes.

Still pretty cool. But I would not want to go fishing for something that looks like it might eat me instead of me eating it. 😄

Its fun, i was a kid like 13 14 the gar eat anything they can get live of dead, their mouth is too hard boney to get hooked, you take about a foot of nylon rope, tie one end and fray out the rest sort of like a salt water teaser, then put any stinky dead gross juice on the fray use a wire leader and surf gear cast it over where the gar are swimming and after small fish they get angry hit that fray gets stuck in their teeth and you get to fight them, seldom got them in but fun to fight.

How about shark fishing with rc boats?
