Declassification of Documents

The official Brazilian Air Force report on the incident was declassified on September 25, 2009.In its final considerations, the document stated, among other things, that the unidentified aerial phenomena were capable of: 

 

1) Varying their velocities from subsonic to supersonic, as well as hover;

2) Varying their altitudes from below 5,000 to above 40,000 feet;

3) Emitting white, green, and red lights, or emitting no light at all;

4) Sudden acceleration or deacceleration;

5) Turning with constant radiuses as well as sharp 90 degree turns;

6) Showing intelligence in their capabilities to maintain distance from the observers as well as flying in formation, though not being necessarily crewed;

 

The report also pointed to the efficiency of the bases' responses, as 7 armed aircraft were available for use within 30 minutes of the threat's detection.

"On May 19, 1986, 21 unidentified flying objects, some of them up to 100 meters in diameter, were sighted by multiple witnesses, both civilian and military, in four states: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Goiás"

As it seems this fleet of objects not only demonstrated extraordinary capabilities and was sighted my multiple witnesses both civilian and military, but some of these UFOs were also huge in size.

It reminds me of my own sighting that happened around 25 years after these incidents. What I saw was huge and cylindrical in shape making no sounds, it had no wings, no cockpit, no engines, no windows, and was travelling at a speed I have never seen before. My estimation is that its length was around 300ft.

Simple observation without the need to see through metal. Just like the UFO incidents in Brazil in 1986 where multiple witnesses saw multiple UFOs.

How do you know it had no cockpit and no engines?

Airplanes have a cockpit and engines. You can see them. There was nothing there, no engines, no cockpit, no windows, no wings, no exhaust. All I saw it was huge cylinder that travelled very fast making no sounds. Its speed was something that I haven't seen before and the sighting lasted for about 3 seconds as the object disappeared from my view as quicky as it appeared.

I don't know about angels from the Bible but the possibility of alien visitation is not as far fetched as people think. There is a possibility we have been visited and members of the armed forces and our government and intelligence communities consider it very seriously.

The phenomenon is real and deals with objects of unknown origin and manufacturers. That's already been admitted and accepted by the government and armed forces. It wasn't easy to do and they were quite reluctant but after decades of sightings and encounters of all sorts as well as collection of data and evidence, it's just impossible to deny the phenomenon anymore by manufacturing explanations such as weather balloons, swamp gas, meteors and stars, or whatever was available at that time as an explanation.

There should be no need for consideration.. Do you feel David Grusch, for example, is <seriously considering> the possibility? 

My apologies if I'm wrong but I'm sure somewhere down the line you were telling everyone the intelligence communities (or whoever)

have confirmed some ufos/ uaps are intelligently controlled vehicles of unknown origin, suggesting none prosaic?

You do need to see through metal to make the observations you claim you made.

Sometimes you can see them and sometimes you can't. Some airplanes have big engines and some have small engines. Some have a very visible cockpit and some have a tiny bump that's hard to see.
