So it seems that Kamala's handlers don't trust her to a one on one interview

Since when did anyone care as much as they suddenly do now about who the VP is or what they think??  Harris finally sits down for an interview and is bringing Walz along to mansplain her word salad

You're kinda jumping the gun, there.

The choice could have been CNN's alone, you know.  It would make sense to have a single interview since they're touring together.  The newsroom doesn't have to juggle schedules to get an interview with the other half.

Call me crazy, but I genuinely believe Newsom would have had a 1 on 1 interview within the first 2 weeks...

Prove it.  CNN will accept whatever terms the Harris campaign stipulates, and I guarantee CNN would LOVE to get her one on one.

Yep.  He seems a bit jilted by the Harris / Walz ticket.  He's a better candidate than either of them, really.

Talk about soft ball "interview"...  Sure the hardest question will be what's your favorite ice cream flavor.  Dana Bash is a clear Democrat surrogate.  Hardly a serious and neutral journalist.  Pretty sure they will edit out any of the cackling and word salads since it isn't live.

Trump has no problem walking into enemy territory.  By himself.

California has such a bad reputation that it would be too easy for trump to use it as a weapon against it's governor.

I don’t blame the handlers for limiting her exposure.  She gets way too loose, way too fast, reveals that she in not super smart or qualified, then she starts in with that laugh….and it’s just too much to take.

Advice: just don't laugh. If she starts with her laughter she loses the election. Unless she can't help it because of the alcohol before the interview to steady the nerves.😂

I don't see why she is even bothering to do an interview.  She doesn't even need to run on issues or a platform.

She just has to not be a convicted felon, not having been documented funneling government money into her own businesses, not have court rulings against her sexual assault, not be a year away from the age of average life expectancy in the US, etc.

Basically, not be Trump.

I don’t think anyone with a laugh like Kamala should be the person who has their finger on that little red button that controls our nuclear arsenal.  There’s just too much irony there.

I don't think anyone posting in this thread will vote for her even if she did an interview.

I have about as much proof of CNN doing it as you have of Kamala having "handlers."

I would honestly like to hear what she has to say...I'm not voting for either, but she could change my mind on what I currently think of her.

I know,I know...vote for "joy!"

Seriously?  They all have handler/managers.  Do you suppose they run their own campaigns?

I'll give you that.  I should have posted, "anyone who wasn't going to vote for her before".

It's obvious that the people complaining about the lack of interviews will never change their minds even if she did a thousand interviews.

Now you're just projecting...

Millions of uncommitted, unaligned voters out there hearing crickets from one side, and wild eyed rambling from the other...

Let's hear something,hell anything.

His main problem is the record he built in Cali and the fact that he wouldn't be able to deny it.

@jmccr8 is gna need a link that explicitly says the Kackling Kamala Hyena Harris camp is handling her media engagements!

Until that happens this is just intelligent political Presidential business strategy!

Mooooovin' Onward!!

This is a real AI photo(or is it? 🤔) of the Handled Hyena on a short leash:

Don’t know enough about Californian politics to comment on that, but he has a presence and is articulate enough to weave his way in and out of most situations, I imagine

Lots of projection huh?

Well here is my projection, campaign managers for Kamala know the value of a buildup of desire and expectation.  The more they dangle it, the more people want to watch it .  Ratings friends, its about ratings and clicks.  Tim Walz is there as a free ride to get him some air time.  That also fits the facts.

Some of you folks have been taking lessons from the Russians on blundering along blindly and underestimating your opponent. Don't listen to me though.  Keep it up.

I don't have an "opponent" in this side show...

But yes, lots and lots of underestimating all around ;)
