What If DJT was Suspected of Poisoning an Arch Critic? - Similar to what is suspected happened to Alexei Navalny?

For those who may be unaware, here’s Alexei’s story. Poisoning of Alexei Navalny

On 20 August 2020, Russian opposition leader and anti-corruption activist Alexei Navalny was poisoned with the Novichok nerve agent and as a result, he was hospitalized in serious condition. During a flight from Tomsk to Moscow, he became ill and was taken to a hospital in Omsk after an emergency landing there, and then, he was put in a coma …

______
If such a critic was uncovered, my question is, how might such knowledge affect the upcoming US election, and would such knowledge change your opinion of DJT’s fitness, to be reelected President?

1) What if this same, permanently injured man was found to have a tumor, so rare, that it’s 100 million to one odds, against this rare tumor occurring in the part of the body that it was found, following his unusual poisoning incident. By “unusual,” I mean the incident circumstances were found to be equally rare.

2) Additionally, what if you heard that the State Health Department, where the poisoning occurred, attempted to conceal the name of the poison from the injured critic?

Would this change your view or opinion of DJT’s fitness to hold the Office of President ?
