Is an entity watching me?

Two "strange" episodes happened to me, and I have no explanations.

One day, I was in my room, lying on my bed, and right after waking up, I was reflecting and imagining some things, then this happened...

1. My body paralyzed.
2. I heard a frequency sound in my left ear, which progressively increased.
3. A very beautiful eye appeared in front of me, I think it was feminine.
4. I stayed in that position, motionless, for a few seconds.

Then it happened again on another day (recently), when I was lying on my bed, but the eye seemed more visible; it looked purple? ... it was very beautiful, feminine... and I felt an energy (tingling) in my body, it was pleasurable, I didn't want to leave that state, I asked in my mind who it was, but I didn't get any answers. All the symptoms I felt the first time continued, but the tingling was more intense the second time.

Note: The first time the eye was in front of me, my eyes were open.

The second time, my eyes were closed.

 

After this “entity” appeared, I got the ability to go into a trance naturally, make my body vibrate, (I don't say the physical...) I see white noises, hear frequency sounds... etc.

I think it was the same being, but I don't understand what it could be. I study esotericism and don't know what it is; I want to know the opinion of this community

 

After I had this experience, my brother had a similar dream... long story short, he saw an eye in a window watching him, and suddenly, a female hand beckons to him (it came out of the darkness and belonged to that eye). hand was strange...

An interesting experience that could perhaps be attributed to sleep paralysis, or something along those lines. It, like that of your brother's, is most likely dream related, or imagined (influenced, perhaps, by your studies in esotericism). Through those studies, you might have read something about certain noises in your ear being sounds from the universe or some higher realm — they're not. If it is something you continue to experience, you might want to consider mentioning it to your GP. As for whether someone is watching you, I think you can rest assured that no one is.

Sleep paralysis can take many forms,depending on what you are stressing about at the time.some people see shadow guys. some aliens .some witches.

With me it was an unseen burglar creeping towards me with a base ball bat.

It happened so often to me that i began to realize that if i just kept calm and didn't try to move ,it would just stop and i would fall asleep again.

I've never had my body freeze with any paranormal experience but I have with sleep paralysis.

I don't think it was sleep paralysis; I say this because I was wide awake. When I say "after waking up," I mean more than 10 minutes—it’s like getting up to get water, going to the bathroom, and coming back, lying down, and thinking about life. It's not spontaneous, you know? This happened at other times too, when I was 100% awake and lucid.

Sorry if my English isn't good; it's not my first language.

"Frequency sounds" and body vibrations sounds like Exploding Head Syndrome (symptoms). Which is similar to sleep paralysis. You don't need to be asleep. It may cause auditory or visual hallucinations. Does it sound like radio static? That's a symptom.

The female entity, I had a similar experience. Felt someone in room, then a very euphoric feeling throughout body. It felt insane and unreal. It could've been related to sleep apnea or breathing problems. Idk. Anyway, roll w the punches and good luck.

Would you say they were in your subconscious or conscious mind before you met them ?were they both during sleep paralysis ?

Must admit ive met a few hags in my time.mostly under the influence,but i didn't see them as hags untill i woke up next to them in the morning.👍

Has she ever taken responsibility for a relationship ending, ? No. I don't see what the attraction is either ,looks wise I'd say she is average as in i see better and worse looking girls every day.

And i thought she made a carreer out of singing and performing.

Shes some pop star i sure do not know her personal life or habits nor do i care, but what i do find utterly hilarious is most of the people bashing and trashing her didnt know her from any other pop star until she upset maga and oh dear Swift is $atan herself.

I dont disagree but You are mistaken about one thing, swift actually did something i didnt expect when she came forward supporting harris, she said and i paraphrase so you can look up her wordage im too lazy to post it,

Swift said she stayed out of politics too but i guess maga and or trump had some AI of her endorsing the convicted felon and she was rightfully miffed so she said since they pulled that she did her own thinking her own research and she would be voting for harris, however she also urged voters to research for themselves and vote for who they find best. I dont know much about her i dont play her stuff but that did earn cool points with me because ive met too many artists who are arrogant dbags.

Ive been in the club, band music biz all my life of course i dont deny the simple fact swift said she is voting harris will get some of her fans voting harris just because she is, no different than some trump fans will vote trump because kid rock and Nugent are, but swift didnt tell anyone to go vote harris unless she said it after her main announcement and i missed it.

As far as her personal relationships go, exes are exes for a reason,  if you say she likes to slag off exs maybe they deserve it i have exs who were no day at the beach, some might say her endorsing harris was to slag off trump and maga for some cheesy AI they made in that case they deserve it, and from trump and magas reaction swift must be powerful in their minds.

But, just because a person deserves it doesnt mean i do it myself, the last couple years i find myself with a much longer fuse and dont feel any need or get any delight trying to make someone feel badly about themselves just because they hurt me.

Anyway we kind of ran amuck off topic and for that i apologize.
