We need a break from the invasions, Chuck.

Nick Pope (former MoD) did speculate the governments are what he called "drip feeding" info to the public about ETs

so they would gradually get used to the idea of ET visitation.

That's a pretty long game they're are allegedly playing then.

More of Pope's B.S. is more like it though.

Remind me of the movie Mars Attack! (1996) with Jack Nicholson in lead role.

Ack! Ack! 👽

The problem with polls is only a few hundred people are surveyed. Do they speak for an entire country or even the world?

I'm sure that Neil Tyson would be mocked if he made the same claim. All because of bizarre nature of this phenomena.

Not even close! 😄

A survey taken on a UFO/ET website is far from reality.

Like I said earlier in another thread.. here in Sweden/Scandinavia people dont care at all about this stuff. Its never on the news. Never in our congress.  Iv never had a conversation IRL about this with anyone of my friends. (Maybe when I was 14)... so I would be extremely surprised if over 5% of the men and women over here believed the ET is here.

To be fair, you live in one of the most beautiful countries on earth, particularly the further north....when you're in awe of your surroundings you don't need flights of fantasy..

Non starter and weak counter argument because Neil deGrasse Tyson doesn't engage in speculative conjecture. He speaks to known-knowns using quantifiable data while applying logic reason and scientific facts.

Nice try though.

It's not a scientific study, so yes polling 1000 people is the standard.

I'm well aware of his position. You ignored the key word, IF.

I didn't ignore it. I considered your post and rejected it. That's all.

A man who says that he has extensive insider knowledge has been making some rather questionable claims.

At least it’s not “aliens and human allies will stage a small war, and aliens will use hologram technology to end the war” level nutty.

Nick Pope is a decent guy and I do like the way he handles and passes information. Have you read his book 'Open Skies Closed Minds'

They probably refer to the US where almost everyone is aware of the UFO history.

You said it before in sky's thread as far as I remember but I think you used slightly different words. Anyway, what makes you think that the US is like Sweden or the other Scandinavian countries?

But there is a lot of interest from the rest of the world. Let say for example Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Canada, UK, France.

What I find interesting is those that think this phenomenon is nonsense keeps returning to read about it.

I say it's because there's a spot on their mind that there might be truth to it.

But keep themselves at arm's length to avoid ridicule due to the stigma of the topic.

I'm wondering-- if this is all true then the authorities are slowly bringing us up to speed.

If an invasion is imminent then when will 'up to speed' be? 1/5/10 years before the invasion so we can all as a race get together & prepare?

Or 1/5/10 days? Or maybe the rich & privileged won't tell us at all & watch us poor people burn to a crisp from their cozy bunkers that they sorted out years ago😟

people telling stories is not usable/ workable data- simple as that!

Going by the data so far I'd say it's highly unlikely aliens have been here or indeed are here now.

Not just aliens, anything that is not 'normal':

Extra-dimensional (ED)

Inner earth beings.

Human time travelers.

Alien time travelers.

ED time travelers. etc etc..

I say there's nothing wrong with being 100% convinced aliens are not here & I'm sure if one day proved wrong wouldn't be unhappy about it.

On the other hand if aliens do eventually pay us a visit & tell us they are the first here, it's going to be a little embarrassing for the staunch believers, especially those who say they've had contact!

On that note I'm wondering if the likes of Travis Walton, Stan Romanek, the Rendlesham gang (the list could go on & on) could be done for fraud!? Just a thought 😉
