The video does not show a Fallstreak hole.

I did not watch the video.

I referred to the fallstreak hole that is visible just above the play arrow in the center. I.e. the black hole (looks like a black circle) that contains the large circular cloud that causes the black fallstreak hole to look like a black circle.

That is the only circle I saw, as I did not watch the video. So I surmise that there is another black circle to be seen in the video and that unlike the fallstreak hole it is a mysterious 'thing'? Maybe a blurry mysterious 'thing'?

I have no idea what caused it.

These smoke rings are caused by a particular kind of air vortex and there are a variety of potential causes for it... things like missiles, pyrotechnics, and explosions.

Natural causes like weather and hurricanes creating one of these are extremely doubtful.
