Saru Posted October 13 #1 Share Posted October 13 We are currently experiencing an issue where we are unable to send e-mails to any Microsoft-owned e-mail address. This includes outlook.com, hotmail and MSN e-mail addresses. I think what's happened is that someone with an IP on the same network as us has been blacklisted and Microsoft has blocked the whole IP range, impacting multiple legitimate servers. I requested that our IP be removed, but I just received an automatic "not eligible for mitigation" response. Note that e-mails are still working fine for all other providers/addresses - this issue exclusively impacts Microsoft addresses. I'll keep this thread updated as and when any progress is made on resolving this. New members registering will need to use an alternative e-mail address provider in order to receive their verification e-mail for the time being. Apologies for the inconvenience. 4

Clearly Microsoft not liking the UM success :-) 3
Saru Posted October 14 Author #3 Share Posted October 14 Fortunately we've been able to speak to Microsoft about this and they've agreed to unblock our IP. This should take effect within the next 24-48 hours. Once that's done, all e-mails should work normally again. 4
