They are acting like Persia which sent 10,000 Immortal toward Greece.

DPRK will be collapsed.

They want to earn money by sending troop, but actually it is a Fuse wire that can break down whole DPRK.

It reminds me of Agincourt.

North Soldiers have to retreat from Ukraine. If not, they will get serious consequences.

"Decides" 🤣

It really doesn't matter what flag is on their uniform. All of those bullet sponges are going into the grinder all the same. Just when the Ukrainians are getting the proper equipment and weapons platforms to fight this war.

Things are getting desperate for Russia.  Only other pariah states will help them.  North Koreans are not the healthiest people; it is a bit mean to send people suffering malnutrition off to war.

How many of those North Korean soldiers will run to freedom as soon as they are in Russia? Or maybe better: when they are in Ukraine?

They might be used in lesser roles? allowing Russian troops to move into fighting areas, minimizing initial NK casualties

But its not a long term solution, or even medium term.

NK has no real fighting experience, these are only civilians in uniform.

That's not how the Russians operate militarily. The Western concepts of battlefield organization and mission command are completely unknown to them.

He says that they are running, there are many of them, a whole horde, millions, here come new ones, that they cannot be filmed, this is only the beginning, we have been captured (joke).

It is said that there are 11-12 thousand of them in other sources. And here they are already being given clothes and water:

NK could be using that conflict to gain some military experience.

Also they have been trained by China and Russia over the years.

On October 5, the Kyiv Post, citing intelligence sources, reported that 6 North Korean officers were killed and three more were wounded as a result of a Ukrainian missile attack on the temporarily occupied territory near Donetsk on October 3.

In the Russian army, a "special Buryat battalion" was formed, which is staffed by citizens of North Korea. However, 18 soldiers of this unit have already escaped from their positions. The motives of the North Koreans' escape are currently unknown, and the Russian army has already begun searching for them. The journalists were also told that the Russians are trying to hide this information from their higher command. And the first 2,600 North Korean military personnel will be sent to the Kursk region by November 1.

For the transportation of the contingent from North Korea, four large amphibious ships were involved, which operated under the cover of three frigates. These vessels arrived in Vladivostok from Chongjin, Hamkhin and Musudan ports.

North Korean soldiers and officers will receive Russian military uniforms, weapons and new identity cards in Russia in order to disguise themselves as Yakuts and Buryats.

The deployment of North Korean military units is planned at training grounds near Vladivostok, Ussuriysk, Khabarovsk, and Blagoveshchensk. There they will undergo additional training, after which they will be sent to participate in hostilities against Ukraine.

It is worth noting that the North Korean special operations forces are organized into three airborne brigades, one separate battalion, ten sniper brigades, nine light infantry brigades, seventeen separate reconnaissance battalions, as well as eight separate special purpose battalions of the Main Intelligence Directorate.

Maybe North Koreans without family? Or they don't care about their family.

But I think their motives are clear.

I think the only experience they'll get is how to fit inside a body bag  ;)

They Should thank Putin for giving them an easier route to defect from Kim’s regime.

Why would they want to become Cannon fodder.

HI UT

A couple of months ago I posted a video from a Chinese mercenary that had conflict experience. He had never seen drone warfare and had doubts about his survival. You not realizing is endorsing the elimitatiom of people that have not expressed any personal negative opinions. You tell me you are holding my family hostage and opinions are meaningless.

I don’t think it’s so easy to just dismiss theses troops as a one off or mercenary contract. I’m sure they have family and friends that will suffer back home if they deserted. Besides there’s an elephant in the room no one wants to deal with. If cask strapped NK can sell 10,000 troops then what’s stopping them from selling another and another 10,000.

Im wondering if NK has permanently entered this war

North Korea has signed a military treaty with Russia, so it will continue to send troops unless Russia ends the war. It even seems that North Korea is trying to learn the technology of making nuclear submarines from Russia.

We will see what they are made of once winter sets in,North Korea last saw military combat back iin 1954.

They are simply there to reduce Russian casualties and show desperation by Putin to turn around a war he is clearly losing.

Another sad emoji incoming lol.

HI UT

My apologies was having some drinks last night and was rambling some. The N. Korean soldiers that are being sent in have no combat ecperience and the Chinese mercenary that I referenced had been in conflicts in the Middle East so when he made that video he said this conflict in the Ukraine was terrifying because of how drones are being used. He had a black fellow with him that was scared spotless and you could see the fear in his face. I don't know if they survived as I did not see another video from him. Russia will use the N. Korean soldiers as expendables just as they did with anyone else.
