Sleep Paralysis

Sam Harris

Recommended Posts

I am a young entrepreneur who is working consistently during whole seek days, so I am getting regular sleep paralysis. In these dreams, I am always afraid of some mysterious forces that soon I will soon cause a huge loss in my business! It is damaging my mental peace on a regular basis. Does any one have the medical or spiritual answer to this one ?

I am already doing proper gym work but dont know why I am getting all this. I am running a business, so its too early to give less time to that business. Do you any such coaching institute in USA especially New York?

Before you fall asleep, tell yourself that you will get a good and long sleep and that you will wake fully rested and at peace. Repeat this every evening. After a number of evenings it will take effect.

Also, do not eat in the two hours before you go to bed; no sugar.

That is some advice. Thanks you, I will try this for 3 weeks and then will let you know, how my brain is responding.

On a lighter note:- this business competition, will going to affect my health seriously.

Your dreams are fear dreams about what is going on in your life.   Take a day off and soak in a hot tub.   You can't work 7 days a week with no break.  Your business will survive better if you do than if you don't.

Proper gym work is not the same as yoga.  Yoga is a mind/body workout, not just exercise.   45 minutes every morning will make a big difference and you will no longer need to lift weights or run to feel better.   (I am talking about hatha yoga, which is what I assume you meant as you equated it with gym work)

Soon as you see that you are in sleep paralysis, roll your eyes up towards your head. Hard enough so it’s uncomfortable. That will break the paralysis.

Sounds like you put a lot of time and effort into your business. The fear of possible failure is coming out in your dream state.

One other way to concur Sleep paralysis is to try astral projection. From the SP state you are already 3/4 of the way there. Hit me up if you’d like to learn how.

Good luck, and use the eye thing. It works

The spiritual answer for me was making the decision to follow King Solomon’s words of advice in the Book of Proverbs:

“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” Proverbs 16:3

That, and Colossians 3:23, changed my attitude about work and life in general.

”Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men…”
