Where did the votes go?

I can't help wondering what happened to roughly 15 million anomalous votes. Complete outliers during the country's greatest state of confusion with massive encouragement to stay away from the polls and eachother and to vote in other ways. Shenanigans abound reported everywhere at the time. Unheard of middle of the night surges in the numbers. I still want to know, where did they come from and where did the go? Where did they come from Sleepy Eyed Joe?

The claim is that masses in the many millions churned out because they just couldn't take one more Trump term. And suddenly they don't care? Not even a quarter of them. They just poof! Disappeared. As if they were summoned from the depths with a single use magic spell from some mythic scroll.

Probably best to wait until a final tally is tabulated. But, yes, does seem rather odd.

You think there's that many more votes to be counted still? I checked a handful of called states earlier and most were reporting at close to 100%.

That question will never be answered.  Those who believe no theft occurred, will never be convinced otherwise and the opposite is true as well.  I will always believe they used fraud to remove him.  I was terribly disappointed with the '22 midterms but I saw no evidence of widespread cheating and did not complain at the good fortunes of the Dems.  The single exception to that was the nonsense that occurred in Maricopa county, AZ.  I am quite very pleased that they can take all the time they "need" to count their few votes and it doesn't affect the POTUS race at all.  That is fitting, IMO.

I know man, what is the deal with Arizona every single time. Complete snails. And I agree. I'll never be convinced otherwise nor can I prove anything. If they'd have just let things played out normally Trump would be gone for good in 2 months. Now they have to deal with him for 12 years instead of 8. Ha.

I've said the same, many times.  His ego is such that had their's not been even bigger, they could have surrounded him with positive messaging and gotten a lot of what they wanted that way.  Instead, they chose to go full damned ROMAN on him and realized too late that he doesn't take losing, sitting down.  I just read an article on The NY attorney general saying she was going to keep coming after him.  I thought he was supposed to be using Seal Team Six on folks like her?

If the dems behind her are smart they'll urge her to refrain. Then again, liberals never believe what they are doing isn't working, only that they haven't been able to do enough of it.

What's California's numbers right now? The AP still has them at 54%.

In 2020 it was 11 million to 6 million. Meaning there's approximately 7 million left to go.

And in 2016 approx 13 million California votes were cast for prez. So that means California itself cast an extra 4 MILLION votes during 2020 than usual.

Clearly they hadn’t arrived yet, it’s why Harris refused to concede until it was obvious El Trumpo won.

The pandemic. People were sent mail in ballots and told that they could vote from home. That's likely the big reason for the difference.

Currently the 2024 vote totals are approximately 89% of 2020 vote totals with a large amount of votes from California still not counted, approximately 46% of the votes from California still not counted.  It's looking like when all votes are counted 2024 will be at about 93% to 95% the 2020 vote totals.

Currently California has 9,880,374 votes counted while in 2020 California had 17,501,380 votes and in 2016 California had 14,181,595.  The percentage of registered voters who voted in California was 80.67% in 2020 and 75.27% in 2016, which follows the trend of the national average which was 66.6% in 2020 and 60.1% in 2016.

There doesn't seem to be really anything particularly odd or out of the ordinary so far in vote totals between this election and past elections.

Three remaining states are low population.

Yes, it does seem odd, along with the massive surge in 2020. I wonder if that equals around 15 million?

I just looked up stats and the 2020 California votes were 11 million Biden and 6 million Trump so that's 17 million.

That's cause I typed up the 2016 and 2012 numbers and not the 2020 and 2016 numbers.

Using my phone and typed up the numbers in a note app to make switch and typing between pages easier

According to ChatGPT the 2020 postal ballot surge was just short of 10 million.

So when the counting has finished, and bearing in mind the election was so polarised, if its about 10 million that is suspicious.
