The TB-3B Aurora UAP Rabbit Hole

Recommended Posts

I recently stumbled into an information rabbit hole regarding triangular UAPs, that are allegedly a series of US Military Aircraft known as the TB-3B Aurora and another called the Astra, while other people have said it is called the TR-3 Black Manta.  There have been many alleged civilian witnesses of this/these craft, including my own sister, for what that's worth.  So here is a bit of an info-dump for you to enjoy, whether you think this is legit or folklore:

Given how groundbreakingly. Astoundingly useful antigravity technology would be across virtually every walk of life, I can’t see the military, or anyone else having this technology and keeping it secret and confined to just a single project/vehicle is in any way realistic.

I totally disagree.  If Europeans had kept firearm technology to themselves, we'd probably still have colonial empires.  Maintaining a critical technical edge is a huge military advantage if you can keep it under wraps.

If this is supposed to be a secret program, all these alleged sightings would demonstrate the program's security failures.

I'm surprised the YT videos didn't have the obligatory clip of some 70-80 retired aerospace engineer doing the deathbed confessional schtick.

I totally disagree.  This would be akin to Europeans only arming one soldier in their entire empire with a firearm and keeping that soldier hidden.  Completely negating any form of practical advantage.

No technology, not one has been withheld so comprehensively.  The atomic bomb, stealth technology and on and on.  Once you exploit the advantages of a tech it’s out in the open and there’s no point in not exploiting a technology.

We actually sort of do this with spies.  They are some of the most important "soldiers" in the army.

The Military has always been quite capable and effective in hiding skunkworks projects for years. The general public had no clue what the Nazi's were working on militarily either, the  infamous "Bell" project being one of them.Noone knew that the Americans  brought many Nazi scientists into our government either.Remember the Stealth Bomber? It was actually created in the mid 80s yet not officially disclosed until much later?

Same goes for the B-21 Raider. No one knew anything about it. No blurry photos or night vison videos. It was a complete shock to the general public when it was finally revealed.

I guess yes, if we are talking about one or a handful of prototypes then it’s plausible that they would remain secret for the length of their development.

The Nazi Bell is a conspiracy theory, there’s no evidence this was anything.

Operation Paperclip was authorised in September 1946.  By December 1946 it was in the public domain.

Again, the development may have remained under wraps sure.

We have here in the OP claims of this ‘anti gravity’ technology being used for decades, and it’s wasted on one or two flying triangles that periodically get noticed?  Not working for me, and stop and think for a moment about the applications of such technology, a device that literally defies gravity.  Cars, all forms of transport, heavy lifting, construction, space flight, satellites, Tanks and on and on.

With respect, you totally miss the point.

Anti-gravity doesn`t exist.

Putting aside the problems of whether gravity has a particle or not, anti-matter particles are just the same as their ordinary counterparts except they have the opposite electric charge. Electricity has nothing to do with gravity. Hence both a graviton and anti-graviton, would attract matter.

you have no edge if your adversaries don't know you've got it!

You must be joking. Haven't you heard about the technical surprise in warfare.  Your statement is like saying that a ninja is worthless because they stay hidden and only assassinate people, and won't fight in the open.

No, I think you missed the point.  Your analogy doesn't hold up, and I presented an example of how it fails within realistic parameters.

I don't take your point.  We know there are spy's, we know there are more than one, we know that adversary's also have spy's employing very similar methods.  What is unique about a the role of a spy is that they are incognito, someone being unknown is nothing like possessing phsyics breaking technology with the potential to revolutionise life as we know it, and only using it for a single rather mundane (relatively) purpose.

My point, and the point that @Dejarma very succinctly made is that there would be zero point in not exploiting such technology, and no technology remains hidden once it enters general service, which it must in order to present an observable and real advantage.  There are no real world examples of technology being hidden beyond general employment.  Some of these triangular UFO sightings go back more than 50 years, so I think it is unrealistic that if we were testing this technology it's still in a multi decade long development cycle.

Unless of course, talking about spy's, you are suggesting that these triangular UFO's are the result of leaked mis-information to make adversaries believe this tech exists within the US arsenal?  Is that what you are saying?

The enemy will know ninjas exist! Therefore possibly making them think twice about the next move.

No good having 2 massive rottweiler guard dogs if you don't make it known you've got them:

A robber causes tons of damage breaking into your property- the dogs are alerted & eventually chase the robber off.

Highly unlikely the robber would have broken in if he/she knew there were 2 massive rottweiler guard dogs= would have saved the damage in the first place, wouldn't it!?

I feel it's a joke that I have to explain the bleeding obvious to you! All due respect😉

The first people who had to deal with ninjas didn't know they exist.  Do you think the ninjas were any less effective because nobody knew about them?  I'd strongly suggest that they were MORE effective because nobody knew about them.  You can't develop a counter-strategy to something you don't know about.

Are you kidding?  If the TB-3B is real, it will be potentially able to fill a large variety of military roles.  The obvious one is reconnaissance, as it has impossibly good stealth capabilities, but also heavy lifting.  It has VTOL capabilities, so it can operate off a carrier far easier than most other aircraft.  Who knows what sort of weapons load out it may have.

I am not sure what your fixation is with Ninja’s in particular.  Spy-craft in general has been around for millennia, I include Ninja’s in this because the reality is rather less romantic than what pop culture may describe.  There is no fancy technology involved, the technology employed specifically by Ninjas is simply human beings, which is a very know factor.

Ninja weren’t the first example of humans being sneaky bstrds in either the world or in feudal Japan.  Ninja are noteworthy because they represented within Japanese feudal society a new regime of training and feudal class, giving rise to entire clans dedicated to spy craft.

But you can be sure that when the local Samurai’s castle was burning to the ground, he wasn’t blaming aliens, he blaming the dude, dressed as another dude holding the lantern.

Ninjas were a product of the Kabuki theater, the fancy sword was invented by Masaaki Hatsumi in the 1960s for the movie 'You only Live Twice' and each Damiyo had his own spies and terror agents.

"The Bell Project" was a piece of conspiridiotcy made up by a crazy Pole named Igor Witkowski.
