docyabut2 Posted November 14 Author #2 Share Posted November 14 (edited) National Hurricane Center tells Floridians to monitor soon-to-be Tropical Storm Sara Tropical Storm Sara is expected in the Caribbean soon and will deliver “life-threatening” impacts to parts of Central America as it begins a journey that could once again bring a tropical threat into the Gulf of Mexico. Forecasters at the National Hurricane Center are urging residents of the eastern Gulf Coast, including Floridians, to monitor the forecast closely because the storm could reach the US next week. +susieice Posted November 14 #3 Share Posted November 14 (edited) I don't think Sara has been named yet but the news I hear is that she will hit the coast of Belize and travel across the Yucatan Peninsula before entering the Gulf of Mexico. The thinking right now is that she may become a disorganized tropical storm when she gets to Florida sometime next week. They aren't expecting a hurricane.
