A hoax, made obvious by how deliberately the camera panned past the people seated at the table and zoomed in on the figure standing outside. I'm convinced the person filming already knew it was there.

Plus, it's nothing but a statue, doesn't even look real, and like 1,5 meters to the right there's another statue like that.

I wondered about that second statue. I couldn't tell if it was indeed one or pareidolia, but the more I look at it, the more I think you're right.

Agreed. In addition “ghost photography” itself began as a hoax in the mid nineteenth century, since the very beginning of photography itself, right up through to the present day.
