Does the US government have a secret UFO program?

WorldMysteries

Recommended Posts

There have been reports and testimonies suggesting that the U.S. government has been involved in secret UFO programs. One notable program is the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), which was an unclassified but unpublicized investigatory effort funded by the U.S. Government to study unidentified flying objects (UFOs) or unexplained aerial phenomena (UAP). This program ran from 2007 to 2012 with a budget of $22 million.

More recently, whistleblowers have come forward during Congressional hearings, revealing the existence of programs like "Immaculate Constellation," which is said to be a top-secret initiative aimed at detecting and quarantining UFO imagery, videos, and other evidence. These hearings have brought to light numerous eyewitness accounts and evidence of UFO sightings, including some that suggest non-human intelligence.

I doubt that there is an official USA government involvement.

I suspect that it is a case of "Let the right hand not know what the left hand does'.

Sure there is a secret ufo task group, but it will be independent from any government involvement.

On the other hand associated people within government will provide cover for the ufo activities.

Whatever information the government has, it is for the government only. The public will always be kept in the dark. That's true for AATIP, and was true for Projects Sign, Grudge, and Bluebook.

Why wouldn't it? Nation's like this base 90% of their salt on their military prowess... so they're gonna be paranoid and want to know everything and with all that missing pentagon money there's probably a secret program for everything.

Does the US government have a secret UFO program?

Prove they don't.

It's up to you to prove that they do. It's pretty hard to prove that something isn't happening.

What would be the point of that?

The op was a question not a statement. Dejarma made a statement, the onus is on him.

The OP was a statement.  The title topic was a question - a rhetorical question.

The Congressional Hearings mentioned in the OP have not revealed any proof of a secret UFO program.  That is what the hearings are for - to find proof of existence.

If you are looking for proof of non-existence what would that look like?  What would satisfy you?

I don't see any disclaimer in this post. You added it in a later post. Perhaps we can agree that this is just another stalemate thread or end every post with "In my opinion", which is the same thing.

Imagine that idiot in charge of ET secrets

He would already have had a Macca's buffet at area 51 in honour of Elon's vote buying, handing him the keys to any restricted areas he wants.

Joe would have let it slip in an Amtrak recollection. Telling people how cornpop and Paul are long term friends from new Mexico back in the day.

Maybe anywhere but America would be easier to consider.

Yeah, Trump is the last person that would get access to ultra classified info. Imagine the scramble by the "men in black" going on to tighten up security after it was announced that the babbler won the election. As for Bush, he'd forget it in 15 min.

He knows value when he sees it, who wants it and how much they will  pay.   Something he can sell to Putin, Xi, Musk,  MBS in Saudi Arabia, who knows? Is that worth trillions of dollars? One can imagine it might be.

Not so much the expired orange, Musk owns the internet. If there's information out there he would be first onto it. He would just use Trump as a puppet. If anything is actually hidden, it's likely it will be released as the next musk stroke of genius.

Exactly, and with his new rocket man he's got the way to launder the tech and claim US ingenuity.

If we suddenly see interstellar spacecraft or vehicles with physics defying characteristics I reckon it would then be time to get suspicious.

Trump said he was going to open all the files, JFK included didn't he?

Oh I see, you're moaning about my 'no' reply

The OP is a question & I answered it feeling no want to go into detail seeing it's another boring whistleblowers & Congressional hearings involved thread  ... Grow up mate!!
