If the cold is stopping him from DOING HIS JOB, then I'd agree that we would have something to talk about. But without that crucial piece of information I don't see that you have a case to argue. Inauguration cermonies are normally conducted outdoors.  In this topic the excuse to not conduct the cermony as normal is excess age.  It is an act by Trump supporters demanding that concessions are made for the oldest ever elected President.  This is the excuse offered and the excuse you are obsessively doubling down on.

Awards ceremonies for footballers are normally conducted indoors.  Your attempts at arguing by analogy are getting sillier.

You're ignoring my point - how is any of this evidence of "cognitive dissonance as observed in cults"? You've not even evidenced regular cognitive dissonance, let alone that which is observed in cults!

Holding a ceremony indoors is not evidence,  no matter how much you may wish it to be!

I know you likely have never seen snow but here in Canada it gets pretty damn cold and when the Americans tried to attack im Montreal they froze to death and were finding their bodies in the spring when it thawed. To give you some idea take a cold shower and climb into your deep freeze and get someone to sit on the lid or place a weight for 20 minutes

Okay Trump is a joke ya got me but it is cold here my grandmother froze to death walking from the neighbors farm half a mile away from home when a blizzard came up and took 3 days of digging through snow banks to find her body. I have been badly frozen twice so no I am not joking about that and just telling you that you have no idea what cold means.

I haven't been drunk in over 5 years,  and it's a record I am very proud of after being in rehab for over a year. 

I know Canada is cold,  I don't  why you're bringing it up here to contrast Trump holding a ceremony indoors? Can you clarify,  please?

Along with that meme you asked a question - "do you think this qualifies as Trump cognitive dissonance"? The obvious answer is "no", as the comment to invade Canada was in jest and the decision to hold the ceremony indoors is real life. 

If you think there is cognitive dissonance here you will need to demonstrate it, and the floor is open for you to do that. No drinking,  no drugs,  just an open conversation and a genuine attempt at understanding what you mean.

I didn't post those memes to start with nor did I say anything about cognitive discordance so not sure why you are lost in space here. My comment was about invading a country that is cold, you know sending other that Trump out in the cold to fight and it being to cold to stand outside for and hour to say thanks to those that voted for me and suck rocks to everyone that didn't. Try loading bullets in mags in the winter around here for and hour and tell me it's the same as standing around for an hour in warmer temps even if it is cold.
