From what I've found on the internet Trump has been on the cover of Time at least 43 times. Just 3 shy of Reagan and 12 shy of Nixon the all time record holder.

As a federal employee, I can say that the emails I have received in the past week and a half have been an almost copy and paste from the emails sent to Twitter employees.
