 I feel reading the entirety gives a good picture of what it must be like dealing with the legal system in China.  Turns out their courts seem to favor big money as much or more than ours.

She seems to be a very determined person.  It sounds like Tesla and the CCP together are too big to challenge.

I wonder if there's any truth in the suggestion that she had support from a rival of Tesla/Musk?

I doubt it personally.  The section in the article about the negative online response to her in favor of Tesla on social media indicates a something working against her not for her.
