Sounds like a NO. I think Russian Military vloggers and Russian TV are like Tucker Carlson, Charlie Kirk, and FOX news.  They may not be official state outlets, but they do reflect Putin's views.

It is a mindset that should be familiar to us.  They think everybody is trying to rip Russia off or take advantage of them.  Its the  mean old world that is a t fault, not them. And that justifies about any action without normal moral restraint.
