Imagine having to make the same concession that was demanded before the war even began but with the knowledge that your country is devastated and hundreds of thousands are needlessly dead or maimed.

I don't expect Ukraine to accept this without the EU demanding it as well as the US.  The only way I'd accept it would be with the promise/guarantee that NATO/EU/US were going on a crash building and resupply of weapons because Russia surely will do the same.  He has to know that if he comes back for more, he's apt to be forced to make good on his nuclear threats.

It's Putin's speech from last year on June 14, 2024 when he outlined Russia's ceasefire terms.

Well spotted, I didn't think this was new because there's no sign of Putin outlining his (new as of March 2025) terms for a ceasefire anywhere in the media.

@Unusual Tournament - this again emphasizes the need for a proper news source link rather than just a random Twitter post.
