UM-Bot Posted June 26, 2003 #1 Share Posted June 26, 2003 Two shipwreck enthusiasts think they have uncovered the name of the mystery wreck in the sand at Beach Plum Island. It is the W.R. Grace, a cargo ship that ran aground off Cape Henlopen during a hurricane in 1890, they said. "There's no question in our minds that this is the vessel," said Joyce B. Johnson of Lewes.
