I saw that show too Nancy ~ it was educational to see the first part,

and helped answer a few more questions I had about re-entry, but I

couldn't finish watching the second part (about the astronauts' personal

lives) because I felt that at the end of the program it would be like saying

goodbye to them again. unsure.gif

KC....... Thank you for reading my latest efforts. Believe me, I

understand completely.

On spacenstuff.com I recently mentioned the fact that Videos

and Photographs that had somehow survived the disaster were

just released by NASA. I saw those videos and I have to admit?

My monitor was foggy for quite a long time. crying.gif

KC? You and I share the same feelings about our Space Program.

It will take time....... much MORE time to accept what happened.

Just remember, those seven men and women gave it their BEST!

Can't ask for more.

Smile KC, seeing you 'cry' is not a good thing, but quite understandable.

Very nice editorial Nancy, and it seems like I missed a couple of very good programs. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on them, and shedding a little light for those of us that didn't get to see them original.gif

Homer, Thank you for reading the latest "Nancy's Niche"

At the risk of sounding like your TV..? Check your local listings.

I'm certain The Discovery Channel will rebroadcast both episodes.

I've checked www.discovery.com and found the First Part "Coming Home

The Science of Re-Entry" will next air June 29, 2003, 4:00 PM, EDT.

So far? I've found no reference to the Second Part's next airing.

Just make sure you have your hanky handy...... However, it IS worth watching.
