Jackson Jurrors have reached Verdict

Ashley-Star*Child

I maintain my opinion since the first 93 case surfaced that he is innocent and a victim of jealousy and greed.

Whatever your previous opinions on the 93 case, most can agree from this time around that these kids are just full of it and being coached. But, whatever the case, I want your opinions!

Half the things they are describing are just normal male behaviour to begin with (besides these supposed molestation scenes). Tell me a man who doesn't own 'adult materals' as they so...eloquently put it? It's pretty obvious their grasp of the English language, despite apparent coaching, is neligible.

Speaking of which, that should say 'Innocent OR Guilty' LOL.

Guilty. Though I believe he's so messed up that he thinks its not really molestation, which is why he denies.

Locked him up in a nuthouse where he and the rest of his crazy ****ing family belongs.

For everyone saying he's nuts (there are others, celebrities, which accredit him with genius, but anyway) but have no opinion on the actual case, does a man's erroneously assumed mental stability render him guilty of a crime? I think not. That's a separate matter. This poll is about the case. Don't vote guilty on account of that. You can add other opinions in your posts.

Lets not forget that the mother of the boy who made charges once told her children to kneel down in front of him, she did so herself, then said 'Lets all pray with Daddy Jackson'. blink.gif

I voted I don't know. There are so many valid reasons why people would make up these accusations against him and at the same time he is in a position of power and money where he could have done this.

I hate to think a man in his position could abuse his position but it happens ALOT. I guess I swing towards believing him guilty but I don't know.

I put don’t know, because there are many factors we don’t know about. If he is convicted by a court of law, then I will change my view. But once already someone has made a lot of money by making this statement about him! And as some say, he is very unbalanced when it comes to adult views on things; he still is a child really.

I think Michael is gonna get problems with this even he got a lot of money.

I was expecting, he's gonna play insane to escape it all.

I think he is innocent and everybody should be more bothered about the real peado's out there instead of making a big deal out of him, just cos of who he is.

Well actually, I don't 100% think he is innocent but I lean more towards that. Maybe he did supply the kids with alcohol... maybe he did show them pornography (it's not as though they would have hated that anyway, I'm not saying that makes it right though)... Maybe he is a little too 'friendly' towards them with regards to giving them hugs and stuff, I don't think he'd molest them though.

Whatever the case though, like I said above, they should be more bothered about the real sick peado's out there who do a lot worse to children. If MJ is found guilty though and it is all true, I hope they don't go easy on him cos of who he is.

I know you have already said this is wrong but anyway supplying a minor with alcohol and showing them pornographic material in my mind is abuse and molestation anyway. It comes in many forms, not just a sexual one.

not-guilty by reason of insanity. i'm not bashing the guy, i love his music (most if it, anyway.) however, he still has lingering issues stemming from his childhood (or lack, thereof), leading to his... "odd" behavior. whether he's actually gone so far as to molest children is beyond my knowledge, but i do believe that the man needs help. it's too bad, too, because his older music was great. dontgetit.gif

edit: by older music, i mean his post-jackson 5, pre-insanity stuff (billie jean, etc.)

I'd like to think he's innocent but i really dont know no.gif

He's a freak and no one know what he is capable of but the kid's parents look like money grabbers (they already won 100k from a previous case) and the kid looks like a lier

Without a doubt, he's guilty. They found fingerprints of his and the minors on porno, evidence can't get much stronger than that

And he ADMITS that he likes to have children sleep in his bed with him. What a sicko.

Though i agree with somone above me stated, that he doesn't think he's doing anything wrong. That's part of what makes him jsut sick. Geez, what grown man wants to sleep with young boys? If that's not molestation, what is?

Just out of curiosity, when any of you were kids did you ever find any Playboys or anything like that at your own house or at one of your friends? Did you take a peak? Did you at least pick it up? I know I did, and I was never molested but my fingerprints and the fingerprints of adults were on the same magazine.

I also stayed at a friends house while they were on vacation and took care of their two year old girl and a nine year old boy. The boy got up in the middle of the night and asked if he could get into my bed because he was scared of a thunderstorm.

There could be mitigating circumstances that we are not privy to so I will reserve judgement. Although, unmistakingly we will never know all the evidence that is presented.
