ShadyLady Posted July 7, 2003 Author #5 Share Posted July 7, 2003 There is a place It is afar From where we live Across the stars A beautiful place with shifting skies And every night the two moons rise Shineing light upon the land A sky of dust, a world of sand Mountains rise up above it all The rocks and plateaus all stand tall And look down upon this quiet terrain Where there is little water and scarcely rain There's sprouts of grass From cracks in the ground And then I stop, I listen, but I hear no sound Except for the winds, and the displacement of sand So quiet, so empty, this world so bland You would think it to be a terrible place But that is definatly not the case The skies are beautiful The whole world glows But why it dies, no one knows Or maybe they choose not to say Why it came to be this way But I do know this It will revive Someday it will Come back alive Abundant life Forever more Just as how it was before Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Over-power them! Obey our law! And if you don't! You all will fall! Listen to us! Obey our law! I see a future! Perfection is near! You'll be our slaves! But do not fear! It's not like you'd know! The ramp came down! The creatures stepped out Every person began to shout No! Don't hurt us! Stay away! But the creatures got closer, a bundle of gray As they came into focus We gaped our mouths wide These were the aliens The government tried to hide! What were they going to do? Is humanity doomed? Will they destroy us all? Or use us as food?
