schadeaux Posted July 14, 2003 #1 Share Posted July 14, 2003 I was just wondering what the distinctions are between the three (I think) news forums General Off-Topic Discussion News, Articles, and Editorials Off-Topic News and Current Affairs
Saru Posted July 14, 2003 #2 Share Posted July 14, 2003 Schadaeux, The second two are going to be replaced when the new site arrives, because of the lack of any real distinction between them. 'Off-Topic News' will be made into a world events/current affairs only board, and the 'News, Articles and Editorials' will spawn a 'Back Page News' board where anyone can post articles. I'll post specific details nearer the time. The 'General Off-Topic Discussion' is not related to the news boards, and is for anything not covered in any of the other boards. At the moment, 'Off-Topic News and Current Affairs' is used for news articles that are not directly related to the unexplained.
