Forum Upgraded To 1.2 Final

The forum has now been upgraded to the latest version from Invision, 1.2 Final, which includes a number of improvements and bug fixes designed to make the board more stable, secure and error-free.

The previously installed forum modifications have to be re-added, such as the flags, which will be reappaearing again over the next few days.

As usual after a board upgrade, if you see any error messages or any bugs, please let me know as soon as possible.
