Canada has allways had a small military during peace time. But Canada use to be very militaristic, first to Jump into WW1 and one of the first in WW2, Fought in the Bore War, and the Korean War, as many as many internal rebelions, for 100 years, but during and after the 1970s the Canadian Forces have been in decline, but are still some of the most professional troops and some of the best trained troops in the world.
