Starlyte Posted August 19, 2003 #2 Share Posted August 19, 2003 The UK government has now largely abandoned Microsoft Word for official documents and has turned to documents created using Adobe Acrobat which uses the Portable Data Format (PDF). Our company uses Adobe Acrobat for all official documents and forms, but I had know idea why. I'll have to start using Adobe for personal use, too.
