Thats bizarre: A driver was so confused when a speed camera flashed him he drove past it four times - and received four tickets.

The nonplussed 40-year-old couldn't understand why the camera was snapping him so kept whizzing past it to try to work it out.

The baffled motorist told police he thought someone was trying to annoy him with a flashgun and wanted to check "what was going on".

A police spokesman said: "Usually, speed cameras are in a box on their own.

He could not believe it was on top of a traffic light."

He admitted police found the incident "maybe a little amusing".

crazy money making efforts of the state... speed limits are for safe driving conditions, for the drivers safety... if he did it 4 times safely I...

ugh... yeah he's dumb. imo cameras and these fines are not so great either though.
