Saru Posted January 17, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 17, 2006 The forum will be offline for up to several hours tomorrow while the database is transferred to a new dual server setup and the name server IP address is updated. The rest of the site will still be up and running during that time. The exact duration of the forum downtime will depend on how quickly the new domain name information propogates to your part of the world, so it will be different for some people than others. This move is designed to put an end to the high server loads and related timeouts and slowness that we have been experiencing in recent weeks due to high traffic onsite.
