Out of curiosity, what do you call people from the US?

well, i refer to them has USA citizens, or a word whit a dificult translation, "Estadounidenses", but that can also be used for the people of the United States of Brazil.

I am american, and i am not a USA citizen.

I've heard people on UM call Americans yanks, but pffft, who cares.

I've never heard Scots being called a Jock. Learn something new every day.

The only time I've heard this is from the Disney cartoon Lady and the Tramp, where the Scottish Terrier is called "Jock". A little disturbing, I suppose.
