If i may offer some constructive critisism, if i were you i'd get rid of the the scroll bars on the top and bottom frames (the ones holding the title and the navigation) - just set scrolling="NO" in the HTML It fits in something like: <frame name="topFrame" noresize src="UntitledFrame-4.htm" scrolling="NO" > and i've got a script around here somewhere for altering the colour of the scrollbars so that they match your websites colour, if you want it.
