I don't know if anyone has ever heard of the "Spruce Beetle" but it is this little beetle that burrows into spruce trees and kills them. They are all over the place and rather hard to stop. I can't imagine going through all of that effort to make the place and then have it get killed off by a bug. At least termites can be dealt with... I'd love the see the world get away from so much cement... classic. hm... looks cosy and pretty cool, but what if it decomposed to soon, or the tree roots start growing through the roof ect.
