Unfortuanatly its a .dll file and every time I try to delete it it gives me an error that says "Could not remove" Ive had this problem with other computers before. But I could never solve the problem

Raptor Posted June 1, 2006 #6 Share Posted June 1, 2006 ^That should work; good advice. Just make sure you know that the file you're deleting isn't an important one, look its filename up on google to see what results come up.
ex infernis Posted June 7, 2006 #7 Share Posted June 7, 2006 Just make sure you know that the file you're deleting isn't an important I agree MAKE SURE the DLL you're deleting isn't one that a program uses or else the program won't work
__Kratos__ Posted June 7, 2006 #8 Share Posted June 7, 2006 I've had this problem before. Write down the ENTIRE .dll name and location. You can search it on google and get the .dll download site to replace it. Search, download the extra .dll file to your desktop (this is very important!!!). Once you have that reboot in safe mode, delete the file. Drag the extra good copy into the deleted files location, then reboot. That should do the trick. *just my opinion. nicole32 Posted June 13, 2006 #9 Share Posted June 13, 2006 you can try using a small freeware program called "moveonboot". you can select the source file and it will be deleted on your next reboot.
