For America, that is a large sturgeon...They used to read lengths of 20 feet here...but sadly, they are almost gone (The large fish)

The best place on earth to catch large sturgeon is the Caspian Sea. The average size Beluga there is 400 lbs. While you are there, you can also try for some Baltic Pike :)
