I have Morgellons

I wouldn't say sheltered, I mean, it's not every day you hear of birds being turned in to oil. Let alone emus.

There's actually 2 emus that live down the way from me. I never imagine them as oil. Weird.

:D I thought that about baby oil before Saturday Night Live did a skit on it.

There are patients who have claimed to have had the symptoms for as long as two decades. Most were diagnosed with Delusional Parasitosis

OSU

Skin biopsies of patients with Morgellons typically reveal non-specific pathology or anainflammitory process with no observable pathogens

The Mystery of Morgellons Disease Savely VR

I also found another interesting article saying that the fibers and skin lesions could NOT be parasitic, but rather bacterial.

Where are the Aussies when you need one?

I get my emu oil from Australia as I think it is the best.

I have Morgellons disease. After reading most of the posts relating to this subject I was amazed to see how many people out there think this disease is delusional. I contacted Morgellons disease 4 years ago and went through 9 months of hell. I didn't have a clue what was happening to me except I knew I had some kind of parasite. I tried in vain to figure out how I got it and came to the conclussion that it didn't matter how I got it but how I was going to get rid of it. I experimented with all kinds of stuff and ended up using different essential oils that I had heard bugs don't like the smell of. After washing everything that I came in contact with and applying my essential oil treatment I finally got rid of it.

It is now 4 years later and I have it again. When I discovered I had this parasite again I couldn't believe it. This time I tried a different approach to the disease and added more ingredients to my treatment. I kept samples of all the unusual critters that I was finding on my body and my doctor observed them under his microscope. He didn't have a clue what I had so sent me to two different skin specialists. They sent my samples to the labs and they came back as unidentified foreign matter. My sister who had seen my samples saw a program on ABC Prime Time about a mysterious disease that was spreading throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as 6 or 7 other countries abroad. She phoned me and I for the first time heard the name Morgellons. To make a long story short, I have been communicating with people all over the U.S. with this disease. I live in Canada and hopefully I will be able to communicate with Canadians with this disease.

For every one out there, I am not delusional, I am not neurotic and I wouldn't wish this on any believer or disbeliever.

Free, I read most of the posts and don't know if what you have is a disease or something psychological, either way I know you are obviously in great discomfort. I will pray for you. Also, have you tried a poultice made out of garlic and say maybe another acidic substance like lemon juice? BE STRONG IN THE LORD. :tu: TC...

I doubt you missed this by accident so here it is again for your viewing pleasure...

He has collected samples from many victims and analyzed the fibers under a microscope. They resemble no other substance he can find, he said.

"While the experiments have to be repeated, this fiber was not cotton. It was no known synthetic fiber. It was of unknown origin. We don't know the composition at this point," said Wymore of Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences.

I do wonder though why you make those claims without anything to back it up. Then when asked you just ignore the fact and go on in some silly rant. So would I be correct in assuming you have nothing to back up your claim against the people who research this disorder? :)

Until we know the composition, you can't rule out the possibility that it is synthetic.

I read somewhere on this thread that someone suggested it's synthetic fibres, most likely from clothes. I think common sense dictates that is most likely not possible. If it was, wouldn't this sort of thing then be common worldwide? I mean, we all wear clothes. I can fathom that somehow this disease can maybe produce something that 'looks' synthetic, but I can't fathom how fibres from our clothes can work themselves into our skin, let alone very much of it at all.

True but again there is the probability to throw a wrench into that theory. Where are all these people getting/making this unknown fiber that researchers cannot ID? Seems to be a bit extreme.

What i find a little strange, is that i can find pictures of the fibers and pictures of the "wounds", but no pictures of wounds with the fibers. Maybe i didnt search hard enough, but i think it would be quite easy to find, if there was actually pictures of it.

Might not be pleasant to look at, but if anyone has a picture, i for one would like to see, as the pictures i was able to find, doesnt seems to show any connection at all. Seems the fibers are quite small though, so maybe that is why.

2 pictures here dont worry, its not some big disgusting wounds, just some very small ones.

I wonder if it's possible that they're usual fibers such as nylon, which are being transformed once inside the body, through chemical reactions or deposition?

Perhaps the fibers are simply created by the body.

I find it strange that no one has given any information about the composition, if research has been done on them before, there should most definetely be at least some information to tell us about it. For example if they're even inorganic or not. But I can't seem to find anything.

Too many people with the exact same symptoms. It also appears in clusters, for example N. California, Texas and Florida have large outbreaks.

I have heard many theories, from genetically manipulated nematodes (used in the cotton industry) to GM virus/bacteria used in processed foods.

New Lab Findings Point To Silicone/Silica

and High Density Polyethlyene Fibers,

Are These Now Being Sprayed On Meats and Vegetables?

It appears, new lab findings using tissue and bone specimens have solved some of the mysteries of Morgellons Disease.

Eighteen specimens, taken from a 57-year-old woman reveal bone, synovium and joint tissue having extensive degenerative fragmentation, roughening and bony formation and underlying extensive degeneration of the bone. Chronic inflammation with fibrosis, calcification of the bone and surrounding soft tissue of the joint shows presence of crystalloid fragments consistent with silicone and silica. Further, a private study to determine the chemical and biological composition of fiber specimens taken from a second woman in Florida has shown that the fiber's outer casing is made up of high density polyethylene (HDPE). The fiber material is used commonly in the manufacture of fiber optics

Aug. 9, 2006 — Brandi Koch of Clearwater Beach, Fla., says she feels as if she's living in a horror movie. She claims she has colored fibers coming out of her skin.

Brandi is married to Billy Koch, a former Major League baseball player who was one of a handful of pitchers who could throw a ball at more than 100 mph. Koch says her life was good, until one day in the shower she noticed something strange — tiny fibers running through her skin.

Consulting Doctors

Dr. Greg Smith of Gainesville, Ga., has been a pediatrician for the past 28 years. He claims a fiber is coming out of his big toe, and he has video footage to prove it. "It felt like somebody stuck a pin in my toe and wiggled it and it just continued to hurt," Smith says. He says he never thought he had bugs. "I've certainly had those crawling sensations, and the fibers which come out of the skin are really bizarre, and really odd."

FDA Approved New Virus Sprays For Foods - August, 2006.

The FDA approved nano-virile protein bacteria eaters that work on deli meats and other ready-to-eat foods in August, 2006. Food manufacturers started spraying this new nantechnology viruses on meats and vegetables in August 2006.

Now Your Wondering? What Does This Have To Do With Morgellons Sufferers?

FDA, EPA and Nanotechnology

Nanotechnlogy is the ability to control things at an atomic and molecular scale of between one and 100 nanometers and has been met with enthusiasm across a variety of industries. Critics highlight the murky area of how nanoparticles affect toxicity and they say nanoparticles should be treated as new, potentially harmful materials and tested for safety accordingly. (5)

The above is the "tip" of the iceberg. There are now many, many thousands of Moregellons victims across the globe. And the numbers are growing daily. The disease is "unknown" by the CDC, and the CDC was instructed by certain members of Congress last July to form a health team to immediately study the findings and report back to them. As yet, the CDC has not come to any conclusion as to what is causing Morgellons. However, some of the proof is in. More is on its way as this private research continues. Isn't it amazing how private individuals in the medical fields have to find the causes of such things as this, yet, the CDC is given billions of dollars by the government each year to operate? These tests, which cost in excess of $30,000, were paid for by private citizens to "find" the cause of Morgellons.

Video: Live Worms in your Cecum

davak03:37 am4 comments

"I have a long history of collecting weird medical stories and cool medical links. A really nice visitor just pointed me to a great little video from the New England Journal of Medicine.

A 55-year-old man presented with intermittent, crampy pain in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen. A colonoscopy was ordered and revealed multiple mobile 1-cm worms, Enterobius vermicularis, in the cecum.

Enterobius vermicularis is also known as the human pinworm. These guys are everywhere. If you are a Caucasian, it is very likely that either you or your children have provided this parasite a happy home before.

The worms live and mate within the bowels in the cecum. The female migrates to the anus to lay her eggs. Here the eggs can be scratched and passed by kids of all ages to keep the cycle going to eternity.

As common as these organisms are, I have never seen a real time video of them. You can thank the New England Journal of Medicine for the pictures and video of everybody’s favorite parasite. "

The only thing we can see in those images is a woman with irritated skin, the 'morgellon fiber' image is from an unrelated website. It could be eczema for all we know.

For every one out there, I am not delusional, I am not neurotic and I wouldn't wish this on any believer or disbeliever.

I have it too, and I've just talked with a Canadian couple last weekend that has it. I've only had it that I know of, for the last few months. I live in Tacoma Washington. If you ever want to talk, I'm here. And what a lonely life it has been for the last 3 months! I'm a Grandmother, will be 55 in September, and adore my little Grandhcildren, and now can't go near them or my family & friends. I wouldn't wish this Sci Fi hell on anyone!

Wish we could go to Dr Hildies new clinic in LA! She is just opening it, as of this last week. But then maybe you already know that.

Take good care of yourself, and know that I'll be thinking of you, and praying for you, and wishing us all a healing or cure SOON!

God Bless,

Me, in Tacoma
