Okay...here it goes...

~ I am of Cherokee, German, English & Spanish descent

~Proud "Georgia Peach"

~ Grew up on a farm, so I AM a tomboy!

~ BA in Studio Art from North Georgia College & State University

~ Worked as a Financial Consultant for A.G. Edwards/Wachovia/Wells Fargo a few years out of college

~ Married an Air National Guardsman/Joint Command Special Ops team member with 23 years of experience. He deploys back to the Middle East in the morning.

~ Resigned from my financial job last year to dedicate myself full time to my art/photography/film-making business, Devil Cat Art & Photography.

~ I have 5 cats & 3 pit bulls - all rescues.

~ I rescue/foster/transport homeless animals frequently - especially the most misunderstood & exploited breed - the American Pit Bull Terrier.

~ I educate people about the importance of adopting animals vs. BUYING them. Shelters all across the U.S. are inundated with unwanted animals, and people can find wonderful companions there as well as save lives!

~ My best friend & I are working on a few documentaries right now. She has an extensive 16-year career in the film-making industry.

~ I give my heart & soul to military & veterans' causes. There is NO sacrifice like giving one's life to protect his/her country.

I can give more details upon request! :)

I adopt pets too. Adult pets specifically. I'm sure I would be on my 5th dog by now, if my one year old mutt didn't decide to live for 16 years! She's ancient, but the best dog I could imagine...I can't tell you how many people offered to "keep her" when we made our 6 or 7 military moves over the years.

I am 21 years old and live in England. I have spent a few years researching Atlantis and Egypt and have a huge interest in them. I think ancient civilisations would have to be my specialist subject. Good all rounder on general knowledge

That is so great to hear! I have a 14-year-old rescued pit bull. I honestly believe that rescued animals live longer because of their rehabilitation.

Were/are you in the military?

Twenty years old. Know how life goes for people around my age.

Was a telemarketer during high school then worked at a general retail store.

Have practiced Christianity, Satanism and was an atheist for some time before delving into the pagan religions.

I know quite a lot pertaining to the Viking Age and the practice of Asatru(Old Norse beliefs). though I am no scholar on both of those.

:w00t:Figured that since I've changed a bit through the years that I should come over and update this a bit:

I'm a 29 (almost 30) female from Florida (or as I like to call it the tourist trap state), I'm married to a great guy (Very much a computer geek and a big skeptic), I have a stepson and a son. As for pets we have a house cat named Reecee. I'm a housewife for the moment but am taking college courses now to go where I feel I need to go. I've lead a pretty normal life I guess compared to everyone else's on here. I've always lived in Florida. I like to camp and travel a bit, the places I have been too thus far are: N. and S. Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Washington D.C and Maryland.

I'd love to be able to see the UK, but mostly Scotland and Ireland.

I do have a side hobby with trying to piece together my family tree.

As for my religion I don't have one I'm an atheist but I do believe in reincarnation.

I've always been interested in paranormal stuff. I have seen what I think to be a ghost but am still skeptic as to if I really saw what I have seen or if something else has effected me at that point in time. I would actually love to be part of a ghost hunting group but have yet to find one in my area.

No, not really. It seems to have stopped around Pensacola, and what little there is, seems to be pretty far off shore. I was in Destin at Crab Island on the boat all day Saturday, and there was a pretty decent crowd there considering it's September (like I could tell in the 92 degree heat!).

It's been in the 60's in the 'Garden of England' today! A bit nippy! Roll on the first frost, then we can start picking the blackthorn berries to make this year's sloe gin. Yum!

Ahem.... my turn I suppose

I am a 30+ guy with too much time on his hands!! ok not really.

I am a father of 2 kiddos, and a stepdad to a third.

Im and artist, I create paintings, drawings, computer graphics, murals, sculptures of all types, and now tattoos. I am always ready to learn a new media!

Im a musician, I play the piano, Bass guitar, reguluar guitar, djembe, flutes, mandoline, and now the digerdo. Currently I play guitar, keyboards, and backup sing in a blues band called Lizard Lounge out of little ole Tularosa New Mexico.

Tho I wish I could say that I was making a living doing those things, sometimes we have to get a real job. So my real job is teaching art in High School. I teach Drawing and Painting, Advanced Design, and Sculpture.

Im a wilderness freak as well and enjoy many outdoor sports, like snow skiing, Mountain Biking, Hiking, and Rock Climbing.

Im a nerd. love star trek, and x files.... tho Im not a freak about it.... hey I like to date!!

I love to read Theological Physics, Religion, Mythology, Phyolsophy, Alternative Histories, Consipracy and other fun books.

I enjoy Politics and follow the news closely.

And last I have a cat. (dont tell him I called him that... he is convinced he is a small tiger.!)

Oh and I like to Debate. Just like the rest of you.
