Missing Time & Ghost Lights

"Missing time" is not uncommon for those who have seen or been abducted by UFOs. Have you or anyone you know ever experienced missing or lost time after seeing or searching for spook lights or ghost lights? Do you have any ideas as to how this happens or why there may be a relationship between the two?

Here are some examples:

Bragg Road, Saratoga, Texas

". . . any ways he [my dad] said places around the Big Thicket and Saratoga are really scary. He experienced "lost time" on some road leading out of saratoga (or was it saratoga road?). . . 45 minutes to be exact."

Spook Light Hill, Joplin, Missouri

". . . a golden light much larger and brighter than the one I had seen previously did appear to be approaching, but what put me into a state of shock was seeing this light against a night sky. Somehow we were already surrounded by full night-time darkness. What had happened to dusk? As we watched, the light receded and diminished. LeVonne had to turn on her dashboard light to check the time. Suddenly, she realized it was an hour later than the time indicated by the clock. Daylight Savings Time had become effective during the night, and she had not yet changed the clock in the car. It was then that she first began to suspect that we may have LOST an hour."

"It was barely past midnight as we jokingly talked about how it was too early for us to be getting delirious. However, the glow returned again to its familiar spot, so we consulted a sleeping friend to get his opinion. We asked him if he could see it, he said yes, then told us to wake him up when we had something important to tell him. Matt and I laid down on the rock to have a cigarette and look for shooting stars. As we watched, Matt told me a few minutes later that the glow was gone again. Sure enough, it was. However, we heard someone shouting from above the valley saying, "Wake up!" Confused, we checked the watch to find it was nearly 5:30 a.m.! There was no way Matt and I had fallen asleep, as we both still had been smoking the cigarettes we lit before we laid back to look at the stars. We credit the mysterious glow for making five hours vanish instantly.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

That's interesting about them still smoking the cigarettes, my first thought was that time had actually stopped, otherwise the cigarettes would have burnt down to the filter within 10 minutes, but that doesn't explain the five hours that vanished. Rather like the people and the cigarettes were in suspended animation lol.

Yes, but their watches were not affected. At first, I thought maybe their "concept of time" had been affected, but that wouldn't explain the longevity of their cigarettes.
