Hi, Welcome to UM.

I'd suggest setting up a webcam/video recorder. If it's happened three days in a row, every time you've used it, then it will be super easy to see what is happening.
It could easily be something physiological, you saying it happens when you have been 'under stress or really infuriated' is a big clue here.

So I'd suggest recording it, finding out the explanation for the misplaced solution and refilling, then take what you've found to your local GP to help sort out what is happening. It could be something serious.
