They do need bigger bulls for the bigger cowboys. But these are for the dwarf cowboys. The photo is from a spoof website CLICK HERE that chronicles the adventures of the main star of that series, 'Derek Barnes'. The show itself ran a real web site while the show was on TV FOLLOW THIS LINK so viewers could follow his escapades. The show only lasted a year, unfortunately, and the web site has been taken off line.
