Its hard to say, but to the best of my knowledge orbs can be dust, or reflections and sometimes spirits who have not formed yet. Its been my experience that the dust orbs really have nothing inside and are kind of boring and just clear and fluffly edges, yet paranormal ones either have a little face in them, or a sort of design.
