With all due respect, this looks like a doll that was left sitting on the table. Maybe they didn't remember it was there?

yup looks like maybe a porcelin doll on the chair based on the positioning.

I don't know, looks to big to be a doll, if you look at how much space there is between the table and her head, that wouldn't leave much room for a dolls arms, torso, and legs, which would leave a doll with a big head and very short legs and torso.

Firstly, we would have to know how many children the family had, as it could easily be one of their toddlers that was "Supposed to be in bed" by then, who sneaked out of her room for mischief and got caught on tape. The facial features seem a little pugged, which leads me to side with the doll theory.
