Uploader comment: When i enrolled in this site i see many type of anomaly pictures given by chance. and i decided to upload my own photo which is token in the midnight in the street.. there shown in red line this like a big skull, even i don't know how to exlplain... there you can see half part of the skull... just tell me is it anomaly or not? talking of then was in 2006

I don't see a skull. It was obviously a cool night, and I think it's the photographer's breath reflecting the flash.

Yes breath....You can make out many things in smoke or breath...you eyes will create familiar images out of chaos.
